    There is a fee for poison center data.

  • Default is all cases reported to WAPC.
  • Review the Substance Codes, then select below all substances for which you would like data.
  • You can copy/paste from the Substance Code list. Add rows as needed.
  • (Default is any records involving your requested substance/ generic category code(s) alone or in any combination with anything else.)
  • Need to review: Exposure Versus Poisoning: What’s the Difference?
  • An exposure resulting from an unforeseen or unplanned event such as a child gaining access to a toxic substance when it is obvious the child did not realize the danger of the action.
  • A purposeful action that results in an exposure.
  • Exposure from contamination, malicious intent, unwanted reaction to a food, medication, plant, or chemical.
  • Default is all management sites.
  • Default is all decontamination and/or therapies.
  • Default is all associated medical outcomes.
