Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper.

  • The Washington Poison and Drug Information Center (WAPC) is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper.  This is a full time position. The Washington Poison Center is a 501(c)3 corporation. We are a certified poison center located in Seattle.
  • The Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper is responsible for handling front office reception, administrative duties and light bookkeeping requiring accuracy, initiative, professionalism, and discretion for the Washington Poison Center (“WAPC”) and the WAPC Board of Directors.  Training will be provided in bookkeeping.
