Issaquah Salmon Days
Saturday & Sunday, Oct. 3rd & 4th
10 am-6 pm (3 hour shifts)

You’ll be stationed at an easy-to-manage interactive activity for kids and parents:

  • The Game Master (Mr. Yuk’s Challenge): Run our quick, interactive game where visitors try to tell the difference between medicines and candy. You’ll have the answer key.
  • The “Look-Alike” Guide: Help kids guess which everyday items–such as juice and household cleaners–are safe vs. poison.
  • The Safety Connector: Hand out our Mr. Yuk stickers and magnets.
  • The Swag Host: Keep our table looking great, restock fun giveaways, and point visitors toward our team experts if they have specific safety questions.
  • The Mascot: Don the Mr. Yuk costume and delight kids and adults alike. Being Mr. Yuk is easy; he doesn’t even talk!
Shift times
  • 9:45 am-12:45 pm
